Shot Blast Feeders and Discharge Conveyors

Conveyor Dynamic's stationary shot blast equipment is specifically designed to meter castings into shot blast machines for cleaning. Indexing carriages, load cells for casting weighing, sound absorption linings and variable speed control can easily be incorporated. After cleaning the castings, they are discharged onto a conveyor which usually loads shipping boxes or a transfer conveyor. A grizzly section recovers any shot that comes out with the castings.
